This year's festival promises to bring us all together, to enjoy live music, some great beers and incredible food.
You will be able to enjoy a wide variety of great beers & ciders supplied by Mitchell Brewing Co and FAB Ales, gins, Prosecco and wine; excellent live music and food and hopefully some sunshine too! Unique collectable beer festival glasses will also be available to purchase.
Branston Beer Festival is a family and friends village run event with the ambition to provide a good time for everyone. Our aim is to create a festival experience with great music and great beer.
Children are welcome, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
100% of festival profits will go to good causes in the village of Branston. So, plenty of reasons to grab you pals, buy tickets and head on down.
FESTIVAL FAQ'S
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
The ticket price include entry to the festival, a plastic glass, a wristband and music throughout the day. It does not include any drinks tokens. These can be purchased from the token tent on the day.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OFF BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Your tickets will be emailed to you. You can either print this and bring it with you or display on your smartphone, as we scan the QR code. To Avoid any delays, please have your ticket ready to be scanned.
Don't rely on signal at the festival. Save your mobile QR code tickets to your phone wallet app before you arrive.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Your Children (age 17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Proof of age may be required on entry. We operate a strict Challenge 25 Policy. Recognised and accepted forms of ID are as follows:
Driving or provisional (photo) license
Passport
Proof of age card with a PASS (hologram) logo
All festival goers under 18 will be given an identifiable wristband.
The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry age requirement.
WHAT DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE?
The You will be spoilt for choice with the selection of beer and cider brought to you by Mitchell Brewing & FAB Ales. If beer & cider isn't your thing head over to the Gin Bar where where you will find a selection of gins, Prosecco and wine.
HOW DO I BUY DRINKS?
Drink tokens are £2 each and are available to buy at the token tent on arrival via cash or card. Each token can be exchange for:
1 token = half pint of beer or cider
2 tokens = one pint of beer or cider
2 tokens = a single gin plus mixer
3 tokens = a double gin plus mixer
7 tokens = a bottle of Prosecco or wine
I DIDN'T SPEND ALL MY BEER TOKENS. CAN I EXCHANGE THEM BACK FOR CASH?
Unfortunately, we're unable to exchange unspent tokens for cash once purchased. For that reason, we don't recommend purchasing more than you plan to spend
WILL THERE BE FOOD ONSITE?
Naughty Pig, The Food Dude, Lincolnshire Fryer and MGM Hog Roast will be supplying food throughout the day. And for those with a sweet tooth we have The Donut Box and Elliott's Ice Cream.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK?
Please be aware that only food and drink purchased at the festival may be consumed on-site. Bringing outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and is a breach of our event licence.
To ensure compliance, our security team will carry out random bag and trolley searches. Unfortunately, anyone found with alcohol will be refused entry.
Please also note that there are no storage facilities on site, so any prohibited items cannot be held or stored for later collection.

WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN? Gates open at 3PM. Live music finishes at 10:30PM with the playing field cleared by 11PM.
CAR PARKING If you can, please come on foot or get dropped off at the event. Visitors arriving by cars will be directed by parking marshals onto the recreation ground where parking will be made available. The field will be left open overnight so you can leave your car and pick it up in the morning.
We would ask you not to park on Moor Lane or the surrounding estates to ensure a clear thoroughfare.
IF I GO OUT, CAN I COME BACK IN?
When you arrive at the festival you will be given a wristband so you are free to come in and out.
CAN I BRING MY DOG? Unfortunately not. For the safety of others, especially children, we only allow registered assistance dogs into the event.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER? If the festival grounds are safe then the event will go ahead regardless of weather. Bring an umbrella if there’s rain forecast, but please no tents or marquees. We might revisit this rule if the weather looks particularly bad – keep an eye on our social media feeds nearer the time.
HOW IS THE EVENT SUPPORTING GOOD CAUSES? The event is organised and run by a team of volunteers. All profits from the event are used to support local good causes. In 2024, we made donations to Branston Food Bank, Branston Community Group, Branston School Dinner Voucher Scheme and local Scout and Brownies groups. Wherever possible, we aim to support the community by using local traders and breweries to supply the event.
WILL WE HAVE A SEAT? It's first come, first served. You'll find some seating in the marquee. Feel free to bring folding chairs and picnic blankets to the festival or just dance your way through the day.
OUCH... IS THERE FIRST AID? LIVES will be on site throughout the festival providing support. If you're in need of medical assistance, please speak to a member of staff or the security team.
NEED THE LOO? There are portaloo toilets for guys and toilets in the pavilion for girls as well as disabled toilets. You may have to queue... patience is a virtue.
Top tip: Like all bustling festivals, although we make every effort to restock the loos with handwash and toilet roll, you might like to keep a supply on you in case of emergencies!
CAN I GET A REFUND? All tickets are non-refundable upon purchase. However, we have partnered with Tixel so you will be able to buy and sell tickets securely.
CAN I RESELL MY TICKETS? All We are working with Tixel who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your tickets to another fan.
